Day 1.5

I wouldn’t have expected it, but I’m actually rather sore today!  I didn’t realize it until I sat down here and started typing, but I have a nice soreness right in the muscle area where the pectorals start reaching for my shoulders.  How promising!

I’ve also started taking an iron supplement at the recommendation of a physical trainer.  It ought to boost my energy, especially in combination with the multivitamin I already take.
