Tip #261: Destroy Regrets

BenMake a list of all the things you wish you’d done. It could be yesterday, last week, in your life, etc.

One by one, rewrite each of these things into goals for the future. Use specific goals like “Visit Maui again before I turn 50.”or “Tomorrow, tell my son I love him.”

Cross off your former regrets, and get back to enjoying your life.
